Booking and timing
How early should we book?
Six to twelve months ahead. Auspicious dates fill first, often a year out.
How does payment work?
RM1,000 deposit holds your date. The balance is paid in two parts: half at your first fitting, the rest two weeks before the wedding.
Can we walk in?
Visits are by appointment so a stylist is free for you. Same-day slots are often open; WhatsApp us.
Gowns and kua
How many fittings are there?
Two fittings, plus a final check when you collect.
Can I buy a gown instead of renting?
Yes. Made-to-measure gowns start from RM6,800 and take three to four months.
How is the gown cared for?
Every gown is cleaned and pressed by us after your day, so you can simply enjoy wearing it.
Makeup
Is a makeup trial included?
In Signature and Grand packages, yes. Otherwise it is RM288, deducted from your package when you book.
Do you do hijab bridal styling?
Yes. Nurul leads all hijab looks, for nikah and reception.
How early does the artist arrive?
About two and a half hours before your first look. Arrivals before 5am add RM150.
Photos
When do we get our photos?
Edited photos in four to six weeks, albums in eight to ten.
Who pays for destination travel?
Travel and accommodation for the team are billed at cost, with receipts. We'll quote it before you book.
